KOOI-ReachForks®: Hydraulic lift truck forks

Hydraulic lift truck forks Meijer Special Equipment is the world’s largest manufacturer of hydraulic telescopic forks, which are sold under the trademark KOOI-REACHFORKS®.

Telescopic forks are used in a wide range of industries including the food, automotive, chemical and building material industries. They are used for:
  • single-sided loading and unloading of trucks and trains
  • double-deep storage of pallets in warehouses
  • hydraulic extension forks to prevent damage when working with different pallet sizes.

Single-sided loading and unloading of trucks and trains

Trucks as well as trains can be completely loaded and unloaded from one side. It is no longer necessary to turn the vehicle or approach the trailer from both sides. This way of pallet handling makes the operation safer then the traditional method because all the operations are carried out from one side.

Double-deep storage

The use of "double-deep" stacking increases warehouse capacity by up to 30% compared to "single-deep" warehouse operations. Accessibility is improved compared to drive-in, mobile and narrow aisle racking which also requires specialised warehouse trucks.

Hydraulic extension forks

These telescopic forks allow a variety of different pallet sizes to be handled safely without damage to goods and racking for example. The special designed hydraulic extension forks can’t catch the pallet planks because of its special section.
